What each farmhouse upgrade costs, what it gives you and the order they come in. All three together are 175,000g plus 450 wood and 100 hardwood. Robin takes three days on each, and you cannot start the next until the last one is finished.

Interior renovations

Separate from the upgrades above, and only after upgrade 2. Robin does these instantly, and undoing one refunds what you paid.

Add Attic 60,000g Adds another staircase up, and a room at the top.
Expand Corner Room 100,000g Extends the corner room, adding a large new area.
Open Dining Room 10,000g Removes the wall between the dining room and kitchen.
